Morgan Gale, CRNP, is a nationally recognized aesthetic expert with more than two decades of experience in cosmetic lasers, injectables, and advanced facial rejuvenation. As Medical Director and a TrueTox Provider, Morgan brings unmatched clinical expertise and a commitment to safe, natural-looking outcomes for every patient he treats.
Morgan began his academic journey earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Maryland Scholars Program before pursuing his Nursing Degree at Howard Community College. After entering the aesthetic field in 2007, he quickly became an industry leader and opened his first laser center in Bethesda, MD just one year later—setting the foundation for a career defined by innovation, mastery, and patient excellence.
He went on to earn his Master’s Degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Walden University and later founded Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center, where he continues to specialize in precision laser treatments and injectable artistry. His credentials include Board Certification from the American Board of Laser Surgery in Cosmetic & Aesthetic Laser Surgery and Fellow status with the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery—distinctions held by only a select group of practitioners.
Morgan is also a respected national trainer for Allergan Medical Institute and a PACE trainer for Revanesse USA, educating injectors across the East Coast on advanced Botox, Juvederm, and dermal filler techniques. His expertise has earned multiple awards, including Aesthetic Everything’s Top Nurse Practitioner and Top Medical Spa.

The TrueTox Pass is a flat $189 per month full-face neurotoxin membership with a six-month minimum membership. No unit counting and no per-unit invoices. Additional areas such as masseters, traps and underarms are available to members at $9 per unit.
