Jill Girany, MSN, FNP-C, is the Owner, Medical Director, and Lead Injector at AgeLess Medical, where she has built one of Cheyenne’s most trusted destinations for evidence-based aesthetic medicine. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a nursing career dating back to 2003, Jill brings deep experience in intensive care, family practice, aesthetics, and subacute care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming in 2011 and has since dedicated more than a decade to advancing the field of facial rejuvenation.
Jill has completed over 500 hours of specialized aesthetic training across the U.S. and internationally, focusing on anatomy, advanced injection techniques, safety protocols, and complication management. Her artistic eye for facial balance, combined with her commitment to continuing education, ensures patients receive natural, harmonious, and long-lasting results.
In 2018, Jill founded AgeLess Medical, expanding into her current state-of-the-art facility in 2021.
