Millie Goetz, NP, is a highly experienced nurse practitioner and aesthetic provider with nearly two decades of nursing expertise and a strong clinical foundation rooted in critical care. With 19 years of nursing experience—including 8 years in the ICU and 11 years as a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner—Millie brings advanced medical judgment, precision, and a compassionate approach to every patient she treats.
A proud West Texas native, Millie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Angelo State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She is an active member of the American Academy of Procedural Medicine, the Texas Nurse Practitioner Association, and the American Nurse Practitioner Association, ensuring she stays connected to the highest standards in medical and aesthetic care.
Millie’s passion lies in merging health, wellness, and aesthetics to help clients look and feel their best. Her approach blends clinical expertise with the artistry of rejuvenation, offering services that enhance natural beauty while supporting overall wellbeing. In addition to aesthetic injectables, Millie has a strong focus on restorative wellness, including vitamin therapy and IV therapy, helping patients boost energy, recover faster, and maintain balance from the inside out.
She and her husband, Brandon—also a nurse practitioner—are raising their two children in Abilene, where Millie has been a dedicated member of the community for more than 18 years. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, travel, cooking, fitness, and cheering on her kids’ athletic activities. Millie is also deeply committed to service, actively involved in her church’s youth ministry and participating annually in a medical mission trip to Panama.
