What is the TrueTox Simulator?
A two-minute face scan that shows you a realistic preview of what a full-face neurotoxin protocol could look like on you. You answer five questions, take two selfies — one relaxed, one with your brows raised — and our clinical AI returns a side-by-side before and after, a Baseline Score, and a treatment plan you can take to any TrueTox provider.
Why does it work?
Because it starts from your face, not a stock photo. The two selfies give the model your resting lines and your expression lines. It then edits only the treatment zones you selected — forehead, glabella, crow's feet, lip, jaw — while holding everything else constant: skin tone, texture, pores, lighting, hair, background. Every preview is generated three times, scored for realism and identity by a second clinical model, and only the strongest result is shown. If none pass, you see nothing rather than something fake.
Is the preview a guarantee of my result?
No. It is an illustrative preview of what a well-executed protocol typically achieves about two weeks after treatment. Real outcomes depend on your anatomy, muscle strength, product, and provider technique. Your TrueTox provider makes every treatment decision at your consultation.
What is the Baseline Score?
A single number that summarizes where your face is today across the eight TrueTox treatment areas, plus skin quality. It is not a beauty ranking. It is the starting point you measure progress against.
Is my face data private?
Yes. Your photos are stored in a private, access-controlled vault — never in a public folder, never used to train models, never shared with anyone outside your care team. You consent explicitly before anything is uploaded, and the consent record is logged. You can request deletion at any time.
Your Baseline
What happens after I get my results?
Your results become the first entry in your private Member Portal. That is your baseline. Everything from here — every visit, every scan, every plan adjustment — is tracked against it.
Why does a baseline matter?
Facial maintenance is a behavior, not an event. Most people cannot remember what their forehead looked like nine months ago, so they cannot tell whether a plan is working. A dated, standardized baseline removes the guesswork. You and your provider look at the same picture and the same score.
How do I access my Member Portal?
Your results email includes a private link. Once you activate a TrueTox membership, the portal becomes your home for scans, visit history, your protocol, and your perks.
Tracking Enhancements
How do I track my progress?
Scan in. Two weeks after every treatment visit — when the product has fully settled — you will receive a reminder to take a new scan in your Member Portal. Same lighting rules, same two selfies, sixty seconds.
Why two weeks?
Neurotoxin reaches full effect around day fourteen. Scanning earlier shows a partial result; scanning later blurs the picture as the effect begins to fade. Two weeks is the honest checkpoint.
What does the portal show me over time?
A timeline of every scan against your baseline, your Baseline Score trend, and zone-by-zone notes from your provider. You will see exactly which areas improved, which held, and where your plan should evolve.
Does my provider see my scans?
Yes. Your TrueTox provider reviews each scan-in before your next visit, so your appointment starts with data, not small talk.
